About me

My name is RJ Abina Japone

I am a licensed psychologist dedicated to fostering healthier communities. With a specialization in various psychotherapeutic interventions, I hold a post-graduate degree in Counseling Psychology from Ateneo de Manila University. Over the past 15 years, I have supported nearly 1,000 individuals in their mental health journeys across diverse sectors, including public education and corporate wellness. Through my private practice, I am committed to creating psychologically safe environments that prioritize mental well-being.

Each session is tailored to your unique circumstances, ensuring that the methods used are effective and meaningful for you. I offer teletherapy as my primary mode of practice, providing flexibility and accessibility wherever you are. For clients who may not have a safe or private space at home, in‑person consultations can be arranged when appropriate at a designated practice venue. To support growth beyond our sessions, I also provide post‑session materials that encourage reflection, healing, and the development of life skills between appointments. Skill Building and Psychologically Safe Organizations
